The Global Research Group of Institutions, Radaur, successfully hosted a 5-day Induction and Orientation Program, Aarambh 2024, from September 2-6, 2024, to welcome the new batch of students. The program featured academic talks, personality development sessions, and engaging activities to help students transition into their new journey. Highlights included expert sessions by Ms. Harpreet Kaur on soft skills, Ms. Dinky Mehta on self-confidence and leadership, Dr. Neha Yadav on stress management, and Mr. Simarpreet Singh on time management. Team-building exercises, sports, and cultural events added fun and camaraderie. A traditional Hawan Ceremony blessed the students, followed by inspiring addresses by faculty and leaders, including Dr. Lakshaya Aggarwal, Dr. Ashwani Dhingra, CA S.K. Jindal, and Ms. Indu Jindal. The program concluded with a recreational trip to Kurukshetra, leaving students motivated and ready for their academic journey.
