GODDESS SARASWATI PUJA
GRIP celebrated Basant Panchami on February 14, 2024, to spread awareness about the importance of education, especially for girls, as we honored Saraswati Puja, the goddess of wisdom and learning. Through cultural events, performances, and discussions, Dr. Neha Yadav successfully raised awareness about the significance of education in transforming lives and communities. Our efforts inspired and supported each other in pursuit of knowledge and wisdom, empowering girls and promoting education for all.
BLOOD DONATION CAMP
GRGI Rotaract Club organized a blood donation camp on Feb 23, 2024, at Shanti Devi College of Education, Radaur, to mark Rotary International’s 119th foundation day. 77 people donated blood, supervised by Project Chairman Rotarian Vipin Sharma and team. Guests included Sh. Chandrakant Kataria, SDM, Radaur, and DGN Rotarian Ravi Prakash. Club membership pins were presented to Mr. Vijay Aadhati and Dr. Ashwani Dhingra. SDM Kataria encouraged youth to become blood donors, and participants received certificates from Rotary Club and Red Cross Society.
VOTING AWARENESS
GRIP, Radaur, organized a voter pledge ceremony to raise voting awareness among pharmacy students ahead of the Election in Haryana on May 21, 2024. Led by Dr. Neha Yadav, the ceremony emphasized the significance of voting as a powerful tool to shape the community’s and country’s future. By casting their votes, students can hold leaders accountable, advocate for change, and make their voices heard. Every vote counts, and every voice matters – make your voice heard and help shape the future!
HERBAL CREATIVITY
Happy Holi! GRIP, Radaur celebrated with a twist – herbal color-making and rangoli competitions! Participants showcased their creativity, making natural colors and stunning designs. The event promoted eco-friendly celebrations and provided a platform for artistic expression. Thank you to all who joined us, making it a colorful success! Let’s spread joy and celebrate responsibly.
CELEBRATING BUDH PURNIMA WITH A GREEN TOUCH
On the auspicious occasion of Budh Purnima, we came together at GRIP, Radaur to honor the teachings of peace, compassion, and harmony through a tree plantation drive. This collective effort reminded us of our responsibility to nurture and protect the environment. INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR BIOLOGICAL DIVERSITY
GRIP celebrated the success of our e-Poster Competition on Biological Diversity! Our talented participants created stunning posters showcasing the importance of biodiversity, from endangered species to ecosystem balance. Congratulations to our winners and thanks to all participants for making this event a vibrant celebration of nature’s diversity and raising awareness about the need to protect it. We succeeded in spreading awareness and taking action to preserve our planet’s rich tapestry of life.
FIELD TRIP INSIGHTS: HEALTHCARE & ENVIRONMENT
On April 24, our pharmacy students went on a field trip to explore healthcare, pharmaceutical supply chains, and environmental stewardship. They visited a Sewage Treatment Plant and Civil Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in sustainable practices and patient care.

Students got an opportunity to visit the plant with the officials working at the plant and were able to see the actual process flow of the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (API). ROTARACT CLUB OF GRGI RADAUR PROMOTES YOUTH VOTING WITH “MY FIRST VOTE FOR THE COUNTRY” PROGRAM
The Rotaract Club of GRGI Radaur organized an awareness program, ‘My First Vote for the Country,’ to empower voters and encourage participation in the democratic process. ESTABLISHED THE BIS STANDARD CLUB
On March 13, 2024, the Global Research Institute of Pharmacy in Radaur launched the BIS Standard Club, marking a significant commitment to quality and standards. To celebrate, the institute organized a Quality Connect Program with Mr. Prahalad Shorey from the Bureau of Indian Standards. He emphasized the importance of quality standards for consumer protection and product improvement. The program educated students on consumer rights, quality assurance, and the role of manufacturers in maintaining standards. The event showcased the institute’s dedication to promoting quality and consumer rights education, inspiring students to prioritize quality in their future endeavors.
